The Physio & Sports Injury Clinic - Gift voucher Terms & Conditions.

These terms and conditions tell you about the legal terms and conditions which apply to your purchase and use of physical gift vouchers and digital e-vouchers from The Physio & Sports Injury Clinic.

These gift card terms apply to pounds sterling gift cards purchased online through our website (www.thephysionorthwales.co.uk/gift-vouchers) as well as physical gift vouchers purchased in-person at our clinic reception desk.

The Physio and Sports Injury Clinic reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of our gift cards at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of your gift voucher constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and we therefore recommend you read them carefully. It is your responsibility to check these gift voucher terms from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes which may have been made. The Physio and Sports Injury Clinic gift cards remain the property of The Physio North Wales Ltd, who maintains the right to cancel the card at its sole discretion in situations where it is deemed necessary to do so (such as to comply with applicable laws or as a result of circumstances beyond its control).

The value of your gift voucher can be redeemed at our clinic in Rhos on Sea only. All vouchers shall have a redemption period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

The gift voucher balance cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another card.

The maximum amount that an individual Physio and Sports Injury Clinic gift card can hold is £500. This limit cannot be exceeded by performing balance transfers from other vouchers. Validity:
Your Clinic gift voucher is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, following which they will expire automatically. A gift voucher cannot be used after the expiry date and any remaining balance will become invalid and no longer available for use. We have no obligation to remind or inform you of a gift voucher’s expiry and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that any balance is used in full prior to expiry. A Gift voucher also expires automatically once its balance has been exhausted.

Gift Cards may be used to pay for the whole or any part of a service or product purchase, and there is no limit on the number of gift cards that may be used in one transaction.

Lost/ Stolen or Damaged:
You are solely responsible for the safe keeping and security of your gift voucher following delivery (in person or online). In cases where your Physio and Sports Injury Clinic gift voucher gets lost or stolen, we are unable to replace or reimburse the remaining balance on a card. The Physio and Sports Injury Clinic cannot be held responsible for the any balance lost on a gift card as a result of theft or fraud. Should your Clinic gift voucher become damaged, The Physio and Sports Injury Clinic maybe able to replace the card providing you still have the original in your possession and the bank card you paid the voucher with.

Data Protection:
Personal data relating to your purchase or use of a gift card/e-voucher will be used in accordance with current applicable data protection and privacy legislation and our own privacy policy which can be found at: www.thephysioniorthwales.co.uk/privacy-policy
