We are Easy to Find - The Physio & Sports Injury Clinic is set on the ground floor of Le Sport Health & Fitness on Colwyn Avenue in the heart of Rhos on Sea. If you have never been to us before there is plenty of FREE parking available onsite and all down the road outside (or pay & display next door).

We are open 6 days a week (including evenings) to help keep the people of Penmaenmawr & Dwygyfylchi fit and healthy, and have done so for over 10 years!

Our Services include: Physio, Sports Massage, Shockwave Therapy, Joint Manipulation & Rehabilitative Exercise (for strength & flexibility).
